Floating Home Living (floatinghomeliving.com) is an informational site published by Paul Bergeron Real Estate. This policy explains, simply, what happens with information when you visit.

What we collect

This site does not have any sign-up forms, contact forms, or lead-capture tools. There is nothing here that collects your name, email, or phone number automatically. If you reach out to us, it's because you chose to click a phone number or email link on the page — at which point you're giving that information directly to Paul or Roman Bergeron, not to a form on this website.

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Sharing with third parties

We don't sell or share visitor information, because we don't collect any to begin with. If that ever changes — for example, if we add analytics or a contact form in the future — we'll update this page to say so before we do it.

"Do Not Track" signals

Some browsers let you send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site doesn't track visitor behavior, we don't currently respond to that signal one way or the other — there's nothing to turn off.

Cookies and local storage

This site may use your browser's local storage for small, non-personal conveniences — like remembering a page state you were on. This stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles information changes, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
